The care center always responds promptly and when I need them to at that time. I do not have to wait long. I could hear ok and understand what was being said, always with a good attitude. I got mom home from the hospital and that next morning at 5:30 am she tried to get up herself and fell. I tried to get her up and couldn’t , so we pushed the button to Home Buddy and in seconds they responded and had help on the way within 10 min. What a blessing Home Buddy is.
