Who monitors
the Medical Alarm calls?
If you choose Home Buddy for your Medical Alarm Alert System, fully trained
professionals, as opposed to volunteers or emergency room personal, will
monitor your calls all day and every day. Each of our monitors undergo
an extensive 90-day training program which includes classroom and hands-on
training as well as work with a mentor. They are required to pass

Are
there any Fall Prevention features included with the Medical Alarm
Service?
Home Buddy offers what we call "Remote Answering" with our Medical Alarm
Service. It is designed to keep members from rushing around the home to
answer incoming phone calls. Say, for instance, you just sat down to watch
television or read and your phone rings. Instead of getting up and rushing
to the phone before the caller hangs up, you can remain seated. By simply

the service functional during power outages. Once your power is restored,
